We sell direct to trade, so there is no distributor margin.

How is pricing quoted for a Saudi project?

As an itemised BOQ against your door schedule, quoted in USD or SAR. Send the schedule or drawings on WhatsApp and we typically return a quotation within 24 hours. Site samples can be sent for approval before an order is confirmed.

Are the finishes suitable for the Saudi climate and for coastal projects?

Yes. Solid-brass and S.S. 304 cores are supplied with PVD and lacquered coatings that resist heat, humidity and salt air — the same specification we ship to Red Sea and Arabian Gulf coastal projects in Jeddah, Yanbu, Al Khobar and NEOM.

What about SASO and SABER conformity?

Architectural hardware shipped to the Kingdom is subject to SASO conformity requirements administered through the SABER platform, and your clearing agent will register the shipment and obtain the Certificate of Conformity. We provide the product specifications, material declarations and commercial documentation your agent needs. Confirm the current requirements with your customs broker, as SASO scopes are updated periodically.

Can designs be fully customised?

Yes. Lengths, fixing centres, finish and the design itself can all be made to a project specification, including palace-scale entrance hardware and matching suites across doors, cabinetry and wardrobes. We also manufacture entirely to an architect's drawing.
