Malabar Hill right now
Malabar Hill, with Altamount Road and Cumballa Hill, is South Mumbai's most established address, where new supply comes mainly from redevelopment and a few boutique towers. Once a home is ready for possession, every door, wardrobe and kitchen needs fitting, and that is when door hardware gets specified.
