Defence Colony right now
Defence Colony is a South Delhi plotted colony where most demand is for newly rebuilt luxury builder floors with lifts, parking and high-end interiors. Once a home is ready for possession, every door, wardrobe and kitchen needs fitting, and that is when door hardware gets specified.
Status as published by the developer or listing sources, checked 22 October 2026. Confirm the current position with the DDA, MCD or NDMC record and RERA Delhi.
